At Inwyte, all payments made through our mobile application or website are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund under any circumstances, except as outlined under “Exceptional Circumstances” below.

Our no-refund policy is based on the following considerations:

  • Our digital services are activated immediately upon purchase
  • Digital content and templates are delivered promptly via email or made accessible in-app.
  • Detailed descriptions of all services are provided prior to purchase.
  • Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital services, once accessed, they cannot be returned or revoked.

3. Service Cancellation


Upon successful payment for Inwyte services:

  • You may discontinue use of the services at any time.
  • However, cancellation of service does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Any data or content created during your usage will remain accessible in accordance with our data retention policy.

4. Exceptional Circumstances


While refunds are not generally provided, Inwyte may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional situations:

  • A verifiable technical failure that entirely prevents access to or delivery of the purchased service.
  • Unauthorized transactions or charges, supported by valid proof and verification.

5. Duplicate Charges or Technical Billing Errors


If you have been charged more than once for the same service or experience a billing error, please notify us immediately. Upon verification, any such duplicate charges or technical issues will be resolved appropriately, which may include a refund or credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
